How to Make OWC 10 Read only in office XP

How can I make OWC read only even if I am using office XP, I want to
disable all OWC control like Toolbar, dragging and dropping column etc.

Also is there any way I can wrap the text of the column header in OWC?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Text wrapping is not supported. There is no workaround either.

You have to write code to explicitly disable the toolbar controls or the
buttons on the toolbar controls.
