In an earlier version of word, I could insert a jpeg into a document, right
click on it and edit it--say put a border around it. When the picture
returned to the document, it appeared as a duplicate that could be moved
anywhere on the page.
In Word 2007, I no longer seem to be able to do this. When I right click on
a jpeg, the "Edit picture" option is grayed back and unavailable.
How do I get pictures to let me move them around on a page, move them from
front to back and so on. In particular, I'm trying to inset on photograph
partly within the bounds of another.
Thanks
