I recently "upgraded" to Office 2003. I have it set up so that the default
setting through the control panel is for duplex printing. However, I have
found that when I need to print out single-sided copies of a document, it
does not default back to duplex printing unless I manually make that change.
I also find that the same thing happens if I want to make multiple copies.
It does not revert back to one copy as the default unless I tell it to.
If I go back and change the settings without printing, the settings don't
take and I end of printing multiple copies of one-sided documents without
wanting to.
I asked our help desk here and they said that they have the same problem.
