How to make project proposals full proposals?

Maybe I'm missing something here but I can't figure out how to make
Project proposals created in PWA full blown proposals? I can see the
proposal in PWA, I approved it, and publish it, but I'm not sure how
to open it in Project Professional and make it a project from a
proposal?

Navigate the Proposals and Activities page. Click the row header for the
Proposal you want to convert (don't click the name of the Proposal) and then
click the Covert button. Hope this helps.

Yeah, thank you. The "convert" button was not showing for some reason
when I sent the quesion. Now it does.
