How to make rounded margins in a shape

I thought I could make a text box with a curved edge so it flow with contour
of my shape. Maybe it was another program not sure, but I am surprized that
the "help" in Publisher says that I cannot create rounded text boxes.

You can create a rounded autoshape, right-click, click add text. The text will
not flow with the contour of the shape. There are workarounds if you are
patient. See here:

Thanks Mary. That's the info I needed. To be honest, I was flirting a bit
with the edit-point option but did not see the possibility of it working.
