how to make tags with a poppy as the logo

I am trying to make 26 christmas looking tags with a poppy in one corner
using microsoft, and plain paper where i can cut them out could someone give
me an idea on how to do this

One way would be to set your page up as a 4x7 table (wich gives you 28 cells,
and thus 28 tags), format the first cell with the clip art or picture and any
text you want (e.g., To:, From, then copy all the stuff in that cell and
paste it into the rest of the cells.

Start with http://www.gmayor.com/graphics_on_labels.htm. You can set up a
custom label definition that will give you 26 "labels" on a page, or you
could use one of the built-in definitions for 20, 30, etc.
