how to make word open without showing table gridlines

I have used a microsoft template and i changed it to suit
me. But whenever i open the document it always opens
showing the table gridlines even when i have saved it
without. So i need to know how to make word open this
document on any pc without showing the gridlines. I would
be very grateful for help as this document is my CV and
everytime i send it to a company it is showing these
gridlines.

Most unwise to send your CV as a Word document anyway. There are any number
of things that can screw up the format of the document as the recipient sees
it. Borrow a copy of Acrobat and send a PDF.
