How to make your index page scale

How can you make your index page scale. I have a site built in flash and i am creating my index page in frontpage and im tryn to figure out how to get my index page to scale in size with in the browser....like my flash movie. Any input would be extremely helpful.

how do i place a picture in a table without it tyling?

Only background images tile. And even those can be controled with CSS.

ok my next question is.... how do i center a graphic so it displays in the center of the screen in the browser. the image in front page is dead center in the middle but when i go to view it in a browser its somewhat in the upper left corner still.. its as if my resolution in front page is set to 800x600 then i preview it in a browser and the browser is set to 1024 x 768.... im very new to frontpage and i dont see where i can change the resolution inside of frontpage. Is there a way to do this im not seeing where I have the option
