How to manage the calendar ?

I would like to know about the calendar concept in the
export concept are follow as :
1. Export calendar from mailbox(exchange) to personal
folder(.pst).
2. Export calendar from personal folder(.pst) to
mailbox(exchange)


In my company use MS exchange 5.5 (STD.) and MS Windows NT
4.0.
