How to manipulate Calendar using PDS or API?

Hello,

I am trying to synchronize Calendar between Project Server and a legacy
application. I understand that it is not doable using PDS XML, what is the
other way to do it? Our investigations showed that those data may be written
in binary format inside table MSP_RES_GLOBAL_BINARY but we don't know how to
"decipher" those data. Is there a better way to acces those data?
