I may be missing something obvious but how do I manually archive folders in
Outlook 2007, all I can find are the settings for auto-archive.
When I right-click the folder and go to properties and set the criteria for
archiving it a box comes up saying I don't have auto-archive set so Outlook
will set it for me. I don't want to auto-archive, I want to manually archive
specific folders when it suits me not at a regular time determined by
Microsoft.
