I dont know if this can be done in Access 2003 or not. This is the
situation:
I have 2 forms. Form A and Form B.
Form B (link child) is a subform of Form A (link master).
The Form A is in Datasheet view. Form B is in Single form.
So basically what I do is click on the + sign...expand to Form B and
enter my information there. Then minimize that record by clicking back
on the - sign...and so on.
There are around 2000 records on Form A.
What I want is be able to see what records have information under Form
B w/o clicking on the + sign. It will be easier for me since there are
a lot of records and I have to look one at a time to see which ones
have information under Form B and which dont.
I was thinking on maybe a check box on Form A that will check when
there is information on Form B. But I dont know how to do this...and
if there are any other ways to do this. Any ideas?
Thank you in advance
