How to Maximize report preview, but not form windows

I want all my report previews to show in a maximized window, at a zoom of
150%.

When the user closes the report preview window (to go back to the form that
he/she used to select the report preview), I do NOT want that window to be
maximized, yet I do not think I want the form to act as a pop-up...

Is there a way to do this outside of VB ?
