How to merge calendar files

I've just upgraded from "ME" to "XP." Now, I have two
calendar files, one that links, the other that isn't
linked in. Does anybody know how to merge the old files
into the new caledar (short of making all the individual
entries manually). Since I "live-and-die" by my calendar
this is really a big time issue.

Open the calendar and select the VIEW menu
Select BY CATEGORY view
Highlight everything you wish to copy or move
Select the EDIT menu
Select the COPY TO FOLDER or
MOVE TO FOLDER
