How to migrate BCM 2007 from SQL 2005 express to SQL workgroup or standard?

We are running a shared BCM database on SQL 2005 express, but every
morning when every one starts their computer, outlook runs very slow.
It should caused by BCM as they are syncing the offline database with
the center database.

I am thinking to upgrade the SQL 2005 express to SQL 2005 workgroup
because there are 2 CPUs on the server. Is it will be helpful for the
performance of BCM. Or is there anything I should notice for the
performance of BCM?

And is there a white paper for doing this kind of migration?

You should look at this if you want to move your BCM database to

Over the years, three items appear to have the most effect on BCM
performance:
1) Quantity and complexity of your data. Backup and remove old records
that are no longer in use to reduce the databas's footprint.
2) CPU and RAM, mainly on the machine hosting the database. But also
on the machines running Outlook. The minimum requirements listed for
software applications are theoretical--technically feasible on
machines with just Windows and that software running, but a typical
business computer is a lot busierdoes a lot more.
3) Other applications that get in the way; e.g. anti-virus or
synchronization software scanning every disk read and write operation;
search software indexing the data in BCM.
