My small business was setup to use MS Exchange hosted by a 3rd party. I've
now closed the business and need to ensure that when I cancel my subscription
for use of the Exchange Server, that I can still retain all contact, emails,
archives, appts, etc. on my local laptop harddrive. What are the steps?
(Have not had any success in getting this info from the hosting company.) I
use MS Outlook 2003 locally.
