How to migrate from TheBat to Outlook

Does anybody know how to import TheBat messages or folders into Outlook ?

TheBat can export their messages into *.MSG, *.EML, Unix mailbox

http://www.slipstick.com/config/convmsg.htm - near the bottom is ForMorph
which is supposed to work with TheBat. There may be others in the list.
