How to migrate project server 2003 to a Different Project Server 2

I wanted to migrate Project Server Database from a different server with a
different name. I used Query Analizer to migrate with a different name.
Everything was right but project doesn't recognize me sharepoint Content
database nor configuration when I logon How Must I migrate Project Server???
