How to minus Angle (Degree-Minute-Second)

Hello all!

Do you know any function to calculate the angle? For exemple I would like to
calculate: 10d5'27"-9d52'28"=?
or 9d12'14"+2d19'20"=? (d=Degree, ' = Minute, " = Second)
