how to modify a List Template?

I created this List from a List Template. How can I modify that
Template? Or do I simply have to create a new template from scratch,
and delete the old one. I just don't see any way of modifying that
List template. maybe I'm missing a menu item somewhere.

which version are you using? You can do so using the edit template menu
