How to modify Entity shape Dtabase property from C#?

Hi,
I'm trying to automate database reverse engeneering in Visio.
I was able to create Entity shape and Drop it on PageSheet.
How I can add columns to Entity?

When I modify Text property of a shape it seems to add columns all right,
but when i check Database Properties later - defined columns are not there.
And when i try to add some columns it removes Text defined in C#

How Visio does database reverse engeneering? Is there some sort of VBA
script that does it?

Unfortunately the database (and uml) solutions are closed code with no
published api's.
