How to modify Project Web Access site?

Hello

Why I can not open project web access site in sharepoint designer?

Is there any another way to modify PWA site?

I am using MOSS with Project Server 2007

Please advise.

The PWA application is locked to SharePoint designer. Don't go there. The
tool of choice, in this case, is Visual Studio. You should download and read
through the Project Server SDK before you begin and ask your follow-up
development-specific quesitons on the Project.Developer group.
