How to modify the message header of incoming e-mails?

Hello,

I want to edit the message headers for some e-mails in my Outlook 2007
inbox. Is there a way to do this? I found that I can edit the Subject
field of e-mails and save the changes, but when I right-click and select
"Message Options..." and look at "Internet headers:" the Subject: field
still has the original value. I want to do this to resolve a problem with
the "Arranged By: Conversation" sorting feature. Thanks for any help.
