How to move around a Word Document with Access VBA code?

I want to open a Word Document, locate a bookmark within my document, and
then move down a few lines and add text, all using VBA from Microsoft Access
2000/2002.

Does anyone have code examples for this?

By "move down a few lines" do you mean insert lines, or do the lines already
exist?
