How to move documents from Project workspace?

Hi, I have a question on PS2007+PWA.
When I try to save an opened project file from Project2007 Professional to
project server, system tells me "either file name / path changed or the file
format is not recognized" although nothing had been changed on this file.
Anyway, I am going to save(duplicate) this damaged projec file as another
name onto Project Server and publish as a new project, then remove damaged
file from the project server.
My issue is that some documents already attached on the project workspace of
damaged file. Is there any methods to smoothly move those files to the
project workspace of new(duplicated) project? or can I directly associate
this new duplacted project file with the project workspace of the
old(damaged) project file?
Thanks in advance,

JJin

You can set the new project to use an existing workspace.
An alternative is to provision a new workspace, then open both document
libraries.
From the actions menu, select Open in Windows Explorer. Then select and drag
the files from one directory to the other.

Thank you,Jack. Let me have some further details:
By which procedure, I can designate an existing Project Workspace to a new
published project?

Thanks in advance,

Go to:

PWA / Server Settings / Operational Settings / Project Workspaces

and set the workspace for the new project.

Hi, Jack, honestly, I cannot find that at where I can set an existing
workspace for a new project.
1- if I double click the existing project workspace address on the page of
"PWA / Server Settings / Operational Settings / Project Workspaces" It will
go to that workspace, there is no place I can do that config;
2- if stay on the "PWA / Server Settings / Operational Settings / Project
Workspaces" page, there are 5 tabs on the menubar: Create site, Edit site
address, Synchronize, Delete site, Go to Project workspace site settings.
However, none works for pointing an existing workspace to a new project... :(

Would you please give more instruction?

Thanks in advance,

JJin
