How to move Inbox along the folder tree?

One of our user's mailbox has some wierd happening. Her Inbox folder was
moved to under Draft folder due to an unknown reason. We try to move that
back to the original location, but it give an error "Can't move the items.
Special folders, including the Inbox, Contacts, Calendar, Notes, Tasks, and
Journal folders, cannot be moved." I don't understand why the folder was
moved there. Obviously the user herself couldn't have done that. And now
how can we move it back.

I have tried opening Outlook with /resetfolders switch, but it didn't help.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks

Thanks Kathleen for your advice. I have tried that, but that doesn't help.
And I think the issue is not related to the view or profile itself. It is
the Exchange Server preventing us from relocating the Inbox folder. Any
other suggestions that I can try?

Thanks

In that case here's what I would try:

Go to the Slipstick website for the Ffolder utility. It's a utility to
rename or delete special Outlook folders such as the Inbox:

http://www.slipstick.com/addins/gallery/index.htm#ffolder

Save the messages in the Inbox to a safe folder. Delete the misplaced Inbox
with the Ffolder utility. Rebuild the Inbox using the /resetfolders switch.
Move the messages back into the Inbox from the safe folder.

Give that a try and let me know if it works.
