how to move My Shortcuts in Outlook Bar Group to new computer?

I'm trying to switch computer, but there's some shortcuts I created while
using Outlook, and I storaged them under My shortcuts in the Outlook Bar
Group, but I have no idea how to transfer them to my new computer? Any help??
and I'm using Office XP. Thanks!
