how to Move objects by using arrow keys

Previuosly i could move the objects using the arrow keys, But presently when
the arrow keys are pressed the page moves instead of objects.

Did you hold the Shift key will pressing the arrow keys after selecting
the objects to be moved?

The answer is: your scroll lock is probably on. Press the scroll lock key at
the top of your keyboard. It worked for me, after weeks of frustration. Felt
like I needed to post this :)

Just make sure you select the object on the drawing page, there should be
some type of indicator such as the object showing handles. At this point if
you press the arrow keys the object should move around the drawing page.
