How to move Project server 2003 on a new server?

I have project on a 2k3 server that will be shortly decomissioned; I need to
move it on another machine that has sharepoint services installed and has SQL
server as well.
I tried to find some whitepaper or guidelines for this migration but failed.

Any pointers? links? advice

Hi Cris,

What's your current Project Server configuration? Is WSS co-located with
your current Project Server. Where is your current database located?

Project is on a stand alone server.
it has the web interface via SharePoint Services.
Project Server database is on SQL 2000 Server local installation.

I have a couple of options for the move but basicaly it will be another SQL
server.
The web part I can put on the same with the SQL server or on a machine with
SharePoint Server (rather then Services) installed.
Either way should be fine from my pint of view but I understand there is
more work to set it on SharePoint Server.
