How to not display flagged email in task list

Is there a way to not display flagged email items in the outlook list. I want
to see tasks that are due, but not see emails that I have flagged.

You should be able to create a filter that hides flagged messages. What
version of Outlook?

I have 2007 -- looked at filters not sure how to do this,
Any help appreciated

Use the Advanced tab in the filter and choose "flag status equals unflagged"
to see only unflagged items.
