how to number field as month name?

Greeting,

I have table for subjects and it has the following fields:
ID
Month
Subject

What I want to do is making serial number for subjects for each month for
example

Subject Month ID
Memo Jan 1
Letter Jan 2
Letter1 Jan 3
Memo Feb 1
Memo Feb 2
Letter March 1
…… …… …..

Any help please??

Maybe I am just slow today.
If the data you posted is your input information then what do you want the
output to look like?

I could be way off topic but would you like to concatenate them so as to
provide unique serial numbers?
