How to obtain hotfix for Project Server 2002

RE: Microsoft Kbas article - 306290: You experience long
delays when you perform actions by using the Enterprise
database in Project 2002.

This is a serious issue for us. And I would love to know
how to get my hands on the hotfix which MS claims they
have to resolve this issue. I've gone to the dowload
section but find no mention of a hotfix.

Has anyone obtained this? aaapplied it and seen results
worthy of obtaining it?

Also does PS 2003 have the same issue or is it resolved in
PS 2003 - building my case for upgrading.

Not sure about other people but I'd say this is the #1
complaint about PS in my organization. And if it was
resolved it would be a huge win-win for both my
organization and Microsoft!

Call MS Tech Support. Tell them you have the issue described in the KB
article and they will give you a url where you can download it. There
will be no charge for the call.
