How to OCR a screen clipping

Suppose I clip some material from a JPEG object to a new page in the Unfiled
Notes book. The object includes text. Is there an easy way to convert the
text to Word format so I can edit it?

Right click the image and select "Copy text from picture." Then you can
paste it into Word and format and clean it from there.
