How to Offer Online Printable Coupons

We have an online coupon that we offer @ 1 per customer, however I have to do
these manually,(ex- they request a coupon through an email and I manually
send one back so that we can track usage) I am looking for a way to automate
this. so to have the customer fill out a form submit, then be auto emailed a
coupon. At the same time have it able to determine whether or not the cust
has requested a coupon before.

Does anyone know of a way to accomplish this?? Is there a software solution?
Any help would be appreciated.......

you will most likely want to check "script sites" such as
www.hotscripts.com, www.fuzzysoftware.com, etc. (there are tons of these
type of sites). I'd be willing to bet there's already been something
created that'll be pretty close to what you're looking for.
