How to open a form from another form GOING TO THE CURRENT RECORD?

Pushing a button from one form i want to open a second form going to the
relevant-current record. Reading help i see that i use the OpenForm action
(which opens my second form) but can't use correctly the SetValue action and
set the arguments. Please help.

No, you wouldn't use a SetValue action here. You would use the Where
Condition argument of the OpenForm action. It will look something like
this:
[YourPrimaryKeyField]=[Forms]![NameOfForm]![PrimaryKeyField]
