How to open a visio2003 file in visio2000 application?

I have just created a file on my laptop using the visio 2003 version.
However, on my desktop I have a visio 2000 version. Thus, I am unable to
edit/open this file on the visio2000.

Please suggest how the same can be done?

In Visio 2003,
menu File -> SaveAs
and select Visio 2002 format
