How to open xls-file?

Hi
I'm using the Microsoft Office Spreadsheet 11.0 control in a Axapta form. I
don't find any method to open a specific xls-file. Isn't that possible to
do? I find methods to open csv and xml files.

Spreadsheet object that CAN'T read an xls-file!!!

It's strange if you didn't consider the fact that excel xml is entirely
different from owc xml. The two aren't compatible because owc uses special
header and footer tags. There's a technique to insert the required tags but
why bother? loading csv or html is more efficient anyway.
