how to organize and merge several spam blacklist?

We have serval email lists that are saved from serval department's Outlook Blocked Senders. There are email addresses that are spam we want blocked.

These are txt files of several files, each has around 500 to 2000 email address. Many are duplicate.

How best should I merage these files, and remove duplicated, then, put the list in sorted orders by the domain names (name after the @) and not by the user name listed at the front of the email addresses?
