How to organize weekly reports

I'd like to tune weekly reports so, that they can be send to several people
automatically. I mean that users shouldn't indicate address in field Copy to:
Is it possible in PWA?
May be I can use another form for these purpose?

To the best of my knowledge, there is no default method to automatically
pick the CC: names for a Status Report response. Instead, why don't you
have the manager who receives the reports do this instead:

1. Click the icon for the Team Status Report to view the combined Status
Report responses
2. Click the Zoom button
3. Click File - Send - Mail Recipient (As Attachment)

Or, instead of step #3 above, the receiving manager could click File - Save
As, save the combined Status Report as an HTML page, and then upload it to a
document library in Project Web Access. Just a couple of ideas. Hope this
helps.
