How to output database diagram into data dictionary/ms access?

I am looking for a way to create a data dictionary from a visio database
diagram. Is there a way to generate a report or export from a visio database
diagram to ms access or excel that will include the text of the database
tables, fields, datatype, and other information?

the forward-engineering features are in Visio Enterprise Architect edition
which comes with Visual Studios Enterprise Architect.
