My client set MS Project Server to accept "% Work
Complete". Multiple Resources are assigned to each task.
Resources report to team leads. Resources are supposed to
update each task by entering the "% Work Complete".
PWA usage compliance is low, so as a work around, they
want Team Leads to be able to enter "% Work Complete"
against the entire task regardless of the number of
resources assigned to the task.
Rignt now, the Team Leads e-mail the task "% Work
Complete" to the PMs to update.
Question: How can we have the Team Leads update the entire
task (without signing on as each user, without sending an
e-mail to the PM, etc) diretly from PWA?
Delegate task won't work, that just moves the task from
one person to another. They want the task still assigned
to the resource; they just want to update the information
for the resource.
Can this be done? Or does code need to be modified?
Etc...
Thank you,
Rick
