How to Pass Parameter from Winform to Infopath

We have Winform which will open infopath template , Which In which dropdown
boxes are populated with hardcoded values ,

We want Based on parameters passed from winform these drop down boxes needs
to be populated

Question 1. Is that posssible to generate xml file and link to template?

2. I heard we can pass parameters through Query string .? How
do we do the implemenation with winform

To pass values to the form you can use the XmlForm property of the form
control. To pass values from the form to your win app, you must use
NotifyHost. To load values into the form when it opens, you must implement
the IInitEventHandler interface.
