How to pass value in subfrom update into table automatic.

Dear All,
Anyone help me for how to pass value in subfrom update into main form
automatic.
In this case i've two tables.
Example:
In the Input Form, at Language subform, you dropdown a list from "Ref
Language"
you need a new language, you type "test", then "DB Language " table will
include this new data: Ok
but "Ref Language" table will not include the new language "test" for future
records.
Please help and thanks for your kind support
