How to password a profile

Is there a way to password protect an entire profile
in Outlook 2002 rather than by each individual PST?

Or can I combine mail accounts into one PST rather than
having it create individual PSTs for each mail account?

I set up 3 mail accounts under one profile and it created
a separate PST for each mail account rather than putting
them all into one.

I have looked, but have not figured out a way to password
protect the profile itself. As it is now, it appears I'd
have to type in 4 different passwords upon opening Outlook
if I want them all password protected.

I'm using ME so I can't just set up separate users like I
could in XP.

I'm hoping there's any easier way.
