How to paste a Word Document File to Floppy disc?

I'm using Microsoft XP, I want to know how to copy and paste a Word Document
File from My Documents to a 31/2 Floppy disc? What is the procedure?

You use Windows Explorer to do this.

(BTW - Microsoft XP tells us nothing. You could mean Word 2002, often called
Word XP, or you could be using Windows XP.)
