How to paste unformatted?

How to set MS Word and Outlook if I want to paste data from clipboard
with Ctrl+V?
Is it even possible to set such behaviour of the programs?

make sure the data in the clipboard came from Notepad is one method.

You can press ALT+Ctrl+V to bring up the "Paste Special" dialog, which
includes the option to paste text unformatted.

It might be possible to create a "Paste Unformated Text" macro and map it to
Alt-V or a different key combination.

So, there's no possibility to preset Windows to do so only by hitting
Ctrl+C > Ctrl+V?
