To move emails from one O365 tenant to another, you can either use the Office 365 Migrator or try some manual methods. Users often face challenges when using email services, and Office 365 is no exception. Before troubleshooting these issues, it's important to protect your essential data. The SysInfo Office 365 Backup Tool offers a secure and hassle-free solution for migrating Office 365 mailbox data, including emails, contacts, calendars, and more. This reliable tool not only backs up Office 365 data but also includes a feature for restoring OST/PST files. Additionally, it supports both backup and restore operations on any Windows OS.

Steps to Backup:-

2. Enter valid Office 365 Email credentials. (Select Assign Impersonation to backup multiple mailboxes at once).
3. The software will fetch all the user IDs and mailbox folders of the account.
4. After that, select the user ID and mailbox folder to backup and click Next.
5. Preview the folders of the chosen mailbox. Select folders and click Next.
6. Choose the File format as PST from the drop-down of the list. Tap on Next.

You can perform the Office 365 Tenant to Tenant Migration either manually or by using third party tools or application. Manual process is tricky and requires cross-tenant user data migration license.

A while ago, I was actively searching for a reliable solution for Office 365 tenant-to-tenant migration. Due to certain reasons, my company needed to securely transfer data without any risks. That’s when I came across the Office365Solutions.org website—and to my surprise, I found a detailed guide on performing the migration manually.
The process includes moving emails, calendars, contacts, and OneDrive files using Microsoft’s built-in tools like PowerShell. Key steps involve configuring both tenants, assigning permissions, updating DNS records, and verifying data after migration. It’s a step-by-step process that requires patience, but if followed correctly, you can complete the migration with minimal downtime. And the best part? This guide is completely free!
