how to place a command button,that opens form as a pop-up

Hi: Can someone please tell me how to place a command
button on Ex: BOX INFORMATION tab that opens another form
CUSTOMERS form as a pop-up form.

Believe it or not, it's quite simple. Access has a
wizard to help you with this. In your desgn view, Make
sure that you can see your "toolbox" toolbar (view ->
toolbars -> toolbox). Just make a new "command" button
from there, select "form operations" from categories,
and "open form" from actions. The rest should be self
explanatory.
