How to place multiples on one page, not take full sheet for each record.

H

hihihi

When merging data to the form doc, instead of across
individual pages, I'd like to use paper more effectively,
so have it progate horizontall across the page in Layout
view.. So maybe position each record to display in a
column w/three columns a page??

Possible??

Use a catalog mailmerge with the fields inserted into the cells of a 1 row,
3 column table with a <<Next Record>> field before the first mergefield in
the second and third cells.

Did you use a Catalog (or in Word XP, a Directory) type mailmerge
maindocument? It also sounds like you put a <<Next Record>> field in the
first column which would be the reason that it skipped the first person in
your data sheet.

You would also need to make sure that the paragraphs in the mail merge main
document are not formatted with Page break before.
