How to Populate a Listbox

I have a userdefined value called software, when i click a multiselect
listbox the values are updated, however the listbox does not keep the
checkboxes to what has been checked.

How is it I go about keeping them checked.

I figured it out. Its because i wasnt using keywords. in the definition of
software.
